Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

You may build a pile and click on preferred shipping option (courier or postnet) when ready to send your pile. Simply click on Build a Pile option when paying for your product. Your compete pile will be sent together when you're ready. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout as follows:

The Courier Guy within South Africa - @ R140 with exception of outlying areas or High Risk areas @ R200. 

OR

Postnet to Postnet @ R120. (Please advise the name of your preferred local postnet store for pick up, in the delivery address section at checkout). 

Free local delivery within South Africa for orders over R1000. - Please insert Courier Address or preferred Postnet Branch in shipping address.
